• The event is a 50 KM Cycle tour across Vasai – Virar region. It is leisure ride to create cycling culture in the region.

•  The start time of the tour is 06:00Hrs

•  All participants have to report at start venue by 05:30Hrs.

•  Minimum age of participation is 15 years.

•  Participants must be in good health

•  It is the participant’s responsibility to determine if they are fit enough to safely participate

•  Tour de Vasai is an event with risks and participants are responsible for their own safety, agreeing to pay for all costs associated with rescue, medical care, or emergency transportation

•  A participant should wear a helmet during complete course of ride.

• All helmets must comply with international safety standards

•  Fully enclosed footwear, eye and rain protection is strongly recommended

•  All the participants have to ride together, in case of scattering, kindly follow instructions of tour volunteers for grouping.

•  A participant found to be behaving in a way which is unsafe for him/her others will be warned.

•  If, for some unforeseen reasons, the tour cannot be continued due to safety concerns then the organizing committee will take a decision and it will be conveyed to all registered participants.

•  No arguments will be entertained in this case, as decisions have been taken considering the wellbeing of participants.

•  Tour De Vasai will not have exclusive use of any public roads paths or trails during the event

•  All regular traffic regulations must be observed at all times during the tour, unless a tour volunteers directs participants otherwise

•  Instructions of volunteers and local authorities must be strictly followed.

•  Participants need to obey the traffic regulations.

•  No littering or unnecessary damage to the environment will be tolerated.

•  There would be arrangement for Ambulance and medical assistance. If any participants happen to identify need of emergency to co-biker, please contact volunteers, support vehicles.

•  Each support car will have a driver, hydration, nutrition and first aid supplies

•  There is no official Technical support. The participants have to manage on their own

•  Each participant to carry filled water bottle. Re-fill of the same can be supplied during the tour.
